They will also wear T-shirts carrying the message. The message of support will be displayed on their crash helmets and cars. The FIA announced it had donated approximately €1m to Formula 1’s new foundation that is aimed at improving diversity in the world of sports. F1’s chairman Chase Cary donated $1m to the project on his own.
